We all have thoughts that limit us from realising our dreams or even to dream big! Thoughts arising out of beliefs and fixed ideas put into our heads by one or two negative experiences, our family, our society, religion, caste, class, gender, age and so on.

We need to notice such thoughts and recognise them as just thoughts. We can rewrite our story and work on our beliefs.

We need to understand that I don’t have to be born a boy to realise a dream if gender is limiting us. And age is no barrier if age is the factor that is limiting you.

Every time a child falls while walking, they don’t give up saying, ‘Oh, Maybe my legs are not strong’ or ‘Oh! Walking is too difficult for me.’ So we are naturally capable of falling, getting up, dusting our backs and moving on.

The best time to have done something is long ago. The second best time is NOW. So whenever you notice the inner voice limiting you or being too critical, you simply notice it, acknowledge it and change the narration by simply saying that now I will not let it limit me.
