Five-days Introduction Meditation and Mindfulness Program (FIMM)

Welcome to the FREE Five-days Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness program! This program was developed for people who had heard about meditation but did not know how to practise it. This also gives you a comprehensive picture of how the body, emotions, thoughts and the mind affect the way we live and behave.

Here is a set of five guided meditation practices that you can do – one on each day – for five consecutive days. This was developed during the start of the pandemic and would have references made to it as it was uppermost and still is uppermost on people’s minds.

Hope you get an idea of what is meditation, how it helps in making you mindful and how training for being present in the moment can help you to deal with difficult emotions and thoughts.
